How do I choose the right size for swimwear?
Our swimwear is designed for performance and follows standard competitive sizing. Please refer to our detailed size charts available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for training wear and following exact measurements for competition suits.
Are your goggles suitable for children?
Yes, we offer specifically designed junior swimming goggles (Air Junior series) that are perfect for younger swimmers. These goggles feature adjustable straps, soft seals for comfort, and durable construction.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other isolated regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Why might my delivery take longer than estimated?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events, deliveries may experience slight delays. We recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive needs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swim caps or opened goggles.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.

How do I prevent fogging in my goggles?
Our premium goggles feature anti-fog coating. To maintain this:
- Rinse goggles with cool water after each use
- Allow to air dry
- Never wipe the inside lens
- Store in a protective case
- Avoid touching the interior lens surface
How long should swim goggles typically last?
With proper care, our high-quality goggles should provide excellent performance for 6-12 months of regular use. The gasket may eventually lose its elasticity, and the anti-fog coating will gradually diminish over time.
