Order Processing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 AUD, estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50 AUD, estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and seasonal delays.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • All swimming goggles
  • Adult swimming caps
  • Any worn swimwear (including Boys Racing Swimwear, Boys Training Swimwear, and Girl’s Training Swimwear)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and details about the product
3. If eligible, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions
4. Ship the item to the provided address at your expense

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items
